Greater Upper Valley Integrated Services Team (GUVIST)

The Greater Upper Valley Integration Services Team (GUVIST) provides networking opportunities for diverse health care & social service organizations serving all populations in Orange, Windsor, Sullivan and southern Grafton counties. It is a monthly learning space to incubate ideas that challenge the status quo for how services are delivered, cultivating service delivery networks which move beyond collaboration between organizations to integration of leadership, decision-making, operations, and responsibility. Integration of service delivery improves services and support for community members to be efficient, effective, responsive and appropriate to the desires of those in need, where and when they are needed.
